2nd Alarm Fire At The WTC Site [VIDEO]

Manhattan - A fire broke out Wednesday morning at the site of the WTC. The Sept 11 Memorial was avecuated as a precaution.

Division 1 has fire in a construction trailer 1st floor near the memorial.

Division-1 reports the fire is in a construction trailer, E-10 using tank water, 10-70 (water relay E-4) has been requested.
