Liberty - NYSP, Mobile Medic & Hatzolah were on scene at Ferndale Loomis Road were a garbage truck lost its breaks and struck a pedestrian.
Paramedics on scene requested a chopper to transported the patient. the aided was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center
