Car Wash Worker Struck And Killed By Vehicle On Atlantic Av In Brooklyn

Bed-Stuy - A car wash worker in Brooklyn is dead after a freak accident Sunday night.

Police say the man was moving a Lincoln Navigator from the Automated Hand Car Wash located at 1119 Atlantic Avenue when he lost control and drove it into the street.

When the SUV was hit by another car, the worker was ejected and was hit by the vehicle he had been driving.

He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

"I've been working with that guy more than 15 years. I know him 15 years same place. Some come back and forth but he work straight 15 years. He's a good guy. I feel bad right now," said one car wash worker.
