Minor MVA on Francis Place in Spring Valley

Spring Valley - Two vehicles that bumped into each other causing only minor damage to the cars, caused a major traffic at the corner of Francis and Charles Lane. 


Spring Valley officer had big attitude toward NYBM reporter when he was taking a video when he arrived. But thye did manage to clear traffic. 



Hatzolah EMS was called to the scene but wee not required. Patients refused in the beginning to sign an RMA, but did in the end.
