Manhattan/SoHo - A situation were a driver drove over an NYPD officers foot - as he was writing him a parking ticket - was cought on camera.
In the video taken by YouTube user Damrys7 you can see the driver of the Ferrari 458 Spider getting into the car while the officer is writing the ticket. A he started to move the vehicle, the officer tells him to stop, but the driver resisted.
The driver then drives onto the officers foot. By then the officer starts banging on the car, pulls the driver out of the vehicle, and his partner comes to help him arrest the driver.
